021 Great Egret

The Great Egret (Ardea alba) is 80-104 cm long large heron, also known as Great White Heron, Large Egret, Common Egret or Great Whit Egret. It is all white species with yellow bill and balck legs and feet. It is found widely distributed in all warmer temperate and tropical regions of the world. Like all herons and bitterns it retracts its neck during flight.
